Busy bee

Hey you darlings. Dispite what it seems, I haven't forgot about you. It's just that summer is only few months long and I don't have time for everything. See there're two damn cute bullterrier pups to kiss and cuddle, hairdresser to go to, parks to lounge at, new friends to meet and parties to go to. Between all that, I try my best to write you a line or two.
What do you think about my new steel grey hair Sirkku did for me at Osos Polares? Pretty rad, don't you think! And the pups? No day can go wrong when you get some paw therapy by kissing these little cutie pies.

Sweden

My visit to Sweden was once again succesfull and relaxing.
Dogs, lovely people, Stockholm, food, spikemats, tea, puppy smell & kisses, Swedish countryside, a shop organized totally by color, chocolate factory, Sergels Torg & Stockholm, missed flight, sleeping in airport, autumn colors and once again.. puppy kisses. ♥

I often feel like posting lots of stuff about my Gekko boy, but since I don't want this blog turn into a dog blog, I finally did what I have planned for a while now, opened an own blog for him.

Finally!!!

I'd like to welcome everybody to the renewed BonBone on Saturday (11:00-16:00) or Sunday (12:00-17:00), this upcoming weekend!

Everything will be new and it's all a consequence of combining the two of Helsinki's first dog boutiques BonBone and Le Petit Chien.

We have painted, organized, sweated very unladylikely, sewed, cleaned, unpacked, packed, ordered, panicked, planned, gotten slightly delusional cause of lack of sleep, glued, sawed, sanded,.. the list just goes on and on, but all was done to achieve what we can proudly represent on this Saturday.

New products, renewed and expanded shop, webshop and lots of other fun stuff, all in the same address in Ullanlinna, Helsinki.

New things coming up at BonBone!!!

I'm so thrilled about the new things at the shop!!
I'll keep the doors closed next week while there will be a renovation done. New products, new decorations, new window tapes, new... well.. everything! I can't tell more yet or show anything, but here's a little sneak a peek from a small detail.The opening party will be on 29.-30. of August (next week already!!) and everyone is invited. More about that one later too.

Sunday

Sunday = good day. Loads of fun all day long and one dog seriously disturbed cause of my hooping.
Had my years old black high waisted harem pants (oh I'm so trendy, knew this was coming years ago LOL), grey tank top, silver and gold bangles, I Know Why No silver colored plastic heart necklace and my new sequined sneakers I purchased today from fleamarket. And bright blue nailpolish.

New family member

Great weekend is over and our family has extended again. Our new "adoption child", little red miniature bullterrier girl called Proper is here.

They make a great duo with Gekko and play all days like crazy. Iines is still only seeing Proper behind the gate, because she is bit stressed after busy weekend and I want her to relax first.

Gekko 1 year!

This post is bit late, but my darling little ant baby Gekko turned 1 year on 21st of September. These b-day party pics of Gekko were taken the next day at my shop. Isn't he cute? ♥All pics taken by my friend Camilla Ekberg.

New pretties!

I haven't been around internet all weekend so this post had to wait. On Friday I got home from work and there was a package waiting for me! Whiiiiii! I ordered some jewelry few weeks ago from Karoliina Lummaa and now they are here!

And this pic I had to stole from Annika (thanks A and happy b-day today!). It's taken on Saturday at her place with her cerberus bullterrier Jazz. I'm wearing the cat necklace with long black pearls. Shame that the cat itself and the loveliest bow isn't showing here.

Little visitor

One of my shops regular visitors, my friends jackrussel puppy Morris came to see me today and try on some new clothes as he also works as my shops model. We took some pics too to put on my shops website (not there yet, I'm lazy you know!). Here's some snaps of the handsome boy showing off.

Stockholm 1/3

I'm back from my holiday in Stockholm and I must say that Stocholm is so beautiful and inspiring city, that I'd like to move there someday. Naturally I took pictures and I divided them in three sections: dog shows, stocholm in general and things I bought. That way I don't have to make one over long post with millions of pics.

Here comes the dog show pics. Basicly I only took pics of Gekkos relatives, some are just random other miniature bull terriers. Enjoy!

Putte thought it was too hot weather and didn't want to look showy. Kasper on the otherhand was bit too active, but that was because there was a bitch in season and he wanted to have some mambo with her...

Dier's Golden Ghost of Mooncrafts, called as Ants. This lovely boy won on Wednesday and Thursday and Saturday he did very well too.

The judge was nice old lady and very friendly, but I think she needs glasses because she saw blue dots on both Wilmas and Bibbis eyes and I can assure you, they both have really dark brown eyes! Old lady just didn't notice it was the blue sky reflecting from the dogs eyes....
