Happy Gekko. Having his favorite person A as a guest and also he wasn't told to get off the bed like usually. Yeah I know, not fair but the hangover was so horrible that even thinking about Gekko's rules in the house was too much to ask.All pics by A, except the last one.

Christmas plans

As I seem to have even more time, I decided to start planning our Christmas menu. I'd love to make something myself too this year and not just buy all ready or get food from my parents house..

So here's the menu. I added * to the things I plan to make myself. Some dishes of course don't even need preparation.

For sterters:

Fig-rucola salad (figs, rucola, home cheese, grape fruit and balsamico)*

Salted salmon and/or whitefish

Toast with smetana-red caviar sauce*

Pickeld cucumber and honey

Boiled potatoes*

Main course:

Reindeer roast & sauce*

Sweet potato casserole*

Carrot casserole

For dessert:

Chocolate pudding or chocolate dip for fruits

Drinks:

Glögg

Beer

Water seasoned with lemon or fruits

Starting to feel hungry already!

To die for

I'm in love with the Arizona Green Tea. Can it really be healthy when it tastes so good and the bottle is so beautiful? I feel like an idiot for leaving these lovely bottles to the store shelves so many times and always with some lame excuse.

I have only seen the first too bottles in Finland and only drank that diet version, but I'm dying to try the other ones too! And save the bottles too of course as a flower vases etc.
